Miller & Associates has been providing legal services for clients in the North Texas area since 1995.  Our firm provides legal services in the areas of business transactions, tax, estate & trust planning and probate.  The Offices of Miller & Associates is composed of a certified paralegal and three attorneys licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas to practice law.  Ronald P. Miller is also licensed by the Board of Certified Public Accountancy in Texas and Ohio.  

We serve our clients as trusted counselors and advocates, providing timely and effective work products which more than exceed our clients' expectations.
